With a focus on mixing and fine grinding, Wesson has been committed to providing cutting-edge technology for the preparation of raw materials and bodies for the ceramic industry. Its unique mixing principle provides efficient and stable material mixing quality for the preparation of coarse and fine ceramic materials.
Only with a full understanding of the characteristics of the raw materials used and rich experience can we prepare high-quality ceramic bodies that can meet the production needs of high-end ceramic products. Envison products and applications:

Envisen’s unique mixing principle:
In the mixing drum, the material is transported upward through the rotation of the inclined mixing drum, and when it reaches the highest point, it falls downward due to gravity. The process is supported by under-wall scrapers that continuously rotate around the material and convey it into the rotation range of the rotary tool. The coarse mixture formed at the scraper at the bottom of the wall by material transposition is covered by the high-fine mixture formed by the high-speed rotation of the rotating tool. Compared to traditional forced mixers such as ring, planetary or scraper mixers, Envison intensive mixers can achieve higher peripheral speeds on demand and offer a high degree of production flexibility. For example, when the blank is kneaded, the speed can be adjusted to an extremely low level; while when fine particles are dispersed or/that is, particle molding, the speed can be adjusted to an extremely high level.
